Systemowcy are sellers and software engineers at the same time. This page tells you where that came from and why it is our biggest advantage when bringing AI into e-commerce.

History
/ since 2010

We started as a software house and a seller in one

Systemowcy have existed since 2010. We built online stores and websites for companies while growing our own sales as an official 3M distributor in Poland.

Over 16 years we delivered dozens of online stores, more than 100 websites and many B2B applications. All that time we were also selling online on our own account, so we know every e-commerce problem from both sides: as the contractor and as the store owner.

When language models began changing the way people search and buy, we did what we always do: we implemented AI on our own sites first. Our stores have chatbots we built ourselves, content AI can read, and preparation for agentic shopping. Now we do the same for other companies.

Co-founder, AI Architect / Head of AI Engineering

Software engineer and systems architect with more than 20 years of experience. Since 2010 he has been building stores, B2B applications and bespoke systems, and for the past several years designing and implementing solutions based on language models: chatbots, AI agents and automations. He also runs his own online stores, so every solution is tested on himself first. He is responsible for all technology and implementations.

Co-founder of Systemowcy. An experienced distributor of 3M Science Applied to Life products and a franchisee of Husse, the Swedish pet product brand. She knows e-commerce from the daily reality of sales, purchasing and customer service, and makes sure every project makes sense not only technologically, but also commercially.

Three rules we stick to

01. Ourselves first

We do not sell anything we do not use ourselves. Every solution first works on our stores and our budget.

02. Truth over hype

We say plainly when AI makes no sense. An honest refusal builds more trust than a failed implementation.

03. Order before technology

Messy data, automated, is still messy data, only faster. Foundations first, AI second.
