Privacy policy

1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Systemowcy Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Skarbka z gór 15C/21, 03-287 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000510604, NIP 5252588946, REGON 147265180. 2. What data we process and why
We process only the data you give us voluntarily through the contact form or by writing to us directly: your name, e-mail address, optionally the address of your store or website, and the content of your message. We use it solely to answer your enquiry and to carry on further correspondence about potential cooperation.
3. Legal basis
The basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest in handling correspondence).
4. How long we keep the data
We keep correspondence data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and then for a maximum of 3 years for the purpose of potential claims, unless we start working together: in that case the data is kept in line with the rules applying to contractual and accounting documentation.
5. Who we share the data with
We do not sell the data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. The data may be processed on our behalf by technical service providers (hosting, e-mail) under data processing agreements, solely to the extent necessary for the operation of the site and correspondence.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it and object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Send data-related requests to kontakt@systemowcy.ai.
7. Cookies and local storage
Categories
We use four categories of browser storage:
- Necessary - required for the site to function; no consent needed.
- Preferences - remember your choices (e.g. language); no consent needed for basic operation, but you can clear them in the privacy settings.
- Analytics - measure traffic and user behaviour; require opt-in consent. We currently use no analytics tools.
- Marketing - advertising campaigns and remarketing; require opt-in consent. We currently use no marketing tools.
As long as the analytics and marketing categories are empty, the consent banner never appears. Adding the first service that requires consent will trigger the banner on the next visit.

Consent versioning
Every consent decision is saved with a version number. Incrementing the version number (e.g. when we add a new category of services requiring consent) causes users to be asked for consent again on their next visit. Current version: 1.
